BioRad, a biotechnology equipment company, has recently selected Marjorie Palmer’s Biotech class as models for their next catalog due out in March of 2010.
This catalog is themed to show the interrelationship between various levels of education to produce the next generation of workforce in biotechnology. As this catalog will encompass high schools, community colleges and four year institutions we are very proud of Palmer’s Biotech class for being chosen for this opportunity.
Palmer’s Biotech class is both a dual credit and Tech Prep college credit course where students can earn college credit by taking a class here on campus. It can also count as a fourth year science credit for students on the 4×4 graduation plan.
