One of the most popular events of the school year is the Mane Man competition held in the fall semester before Christmas break. On Dec. 5, 2008 approximately 20 senior guys took the stage and created an evening of entertainment enjoyed by all.
The three categories for competitions included: moms escorted contestants in their formal wear, senior girls, who had competed for the honor, escorted senior guys in casual wear and talent consisting of a light show and sword fighting, rock stars and rappers and a Napolean Dynomite impression.
Mane Man is sponsored by The Blue Belles and part of the proceeds are donated to Project Graduation.
The 20008-2009 Mane Man is Anthony Schcoggins with four others sharing the top spots: TJ Mendenhall, Jordan Nevens, Gabe Costello, and Evan Nasky.
