I have eaten at many school cafeterias in my career, and ours here at LHS is really good. They always offer several regular choices if you don't like the featured meal. The quality is better than most cafeterias. And the staff serving it is very nice and patient with the students.
However, it is possible to bring a fresh lunch from home. With some tupperware and an ice pack, you can bring leftovers, a sandwich, cold pizza, whatever. Teachers have the added advantage of refrigerators at school. But students can keep their food cold for the few hours until lunch.
You just have to get up in the morning and make it!
