This spring three high school campuses participated in a clothing drive for relief to Central American countries. Dawn Allen, LHS athletic trainer, headed the drive and got the other campuses participating. According to Allen, not only did we win, but we blew away the competition. Cedar Park finished third with four bags, Vista Ridge finished second with 376 pounds and Leander collected a total of 911.4 pounds of clothing. Way to go Lions…but we are not surprised.
